Individual Therapy
Our individual therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. We use evidence-based techniques to help you manage OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts.

OCD Intensives
ERP therapy is a specialized approach to treating OCD and anxiety. In times of higher need, we can immerse you in ERP, up to 4 hours weekly to help jump start recovery!

Teen Therapy
Therapy for ages 12+.
When working with kiddos, it’s imperative to have family support. I work with you and your loved ones to improve understanding and support for those dealing with OCD and anxiety. We aim to strengthen family relationships and create a more supportive environment, to help your child thrive
