Hi Y’all! My name is Khris. I have been a practicing psychotherapist for 5 years, specializing in OCD for the last 3 years. I know working through anxiety and fears can be daunting, so instead of focusing on my clinical experience, I’d like to tell you a little about me. I’m a Los Angeles native who has 2 extremely active dogs and cares about helping others come to peace with their minds. I know that getting help for anxiety can be hard, but you can do hard things!
